44-year-old, Indonesian male came to us for foreign worker screening for work permit application.
He denied typical pulmonary tuberculosis symptoms such as cough, loss of appetite, loss of weight or night sweats.
Chest X-ray done showed bilateral mid to upper zone haziness, worst on the right.
He had not received any treatment before back in Indonesia.
He was marked as UNFIT for recruitment due to suspicious of pulmonary tuberculosis. Further plan is to allow him to go back and to receive appropriate treatment first, and to consider to come to Malaysia again once completed treatment.
