75 years old gentleman, came to use with a fall from chair and landed on his occipital. He has swelling and bruises over the scalp.
Skull X-ray was ordered to look for evidence of fracture.

Incidental finding of small radio-opaque shadow.
Further questioning revealed that this gentleman is a ex-policeman, and was shot more than 20 years back by a shotgun
The radio-opaque shadow is likely to be a pellet from the previous gun shot injury.
