28 years old gentleman, came to us for annual medical surveillance. He works in a paint production factory.
Full blood count showed marked raised white blood cell(WBC), and peripheral blood film(PBF) showed presence of blast cells.
Per abdomen, he has no enlarged liver/spleen. He is otherwise well, not complaining of any symptoms.
He was then referred urgently to tertiary centre for further investigation, to rule out leukaemia.
