37 years old gentleman, came for OGUK offshore medical screening.
Routine chest x-ray noted multiple fibrotic changes, mostly over left middle zone and minimal over right middle zone.
Further questioning revealed that he had Category 5 COVID19 infection in 2020, and was intubated for 5 days in ICU.
He is otherwise well, with no reduced effort tolerance, no cough and no shortness of breath.
