69-years-old gentleman, retired policeman came to us with chronic neck and shoulder pain.
He requested for cervical X-ray.
Multiple radio-opaque shadow were seen all over his neck and right shoulder region. Further history revealed that he was shot with shot gun with multiple pellets remained inside for more than 10 years! He is otherwise well and healthy now.
