57 years old lady came to us with fall and twisting injury of her right ankle region. She sustained pain immediately and unable to bear weight since the fall.
She had history of similar injury before and screw fixation was done 5 years back.
X-ray done showed spiral fracture over right distal fibula at the old operation site.
