60 years old lady, came to us with worsening backache for the past few weeks.
She had a history of fall on sitting one year ago and since then sustained mild lower backache. She has no signs of neurological deficit.
On examination, she has local tenderness over T11-T12 region.
X-ray done and showed T11 compression fracture.
She was referred to tertiary hospital for further management.
