55 years old lady, post menopausal for few years, came to us with pain over right shoulder. She had a fall and landed on sitting position with her right hand trying to support her fall.
On examination, she had greatly reduced range of movement of her right shoulder. Bruised and swelling noted over her right deltoid area.
X-ray done showed displaced fracture of the neck of humerus.
