6 years old boy, fall from bed and complaint of right shoulder pain. He refused to move his right arm. No deformity over the right shoulder/clavicle region.
X-ray ordered and showed right clavicle fracture.
He was then reviewed 2 weeks later, showed complete recovery, no more pain, and moving his right arm in full range of motion. (Repeat X-ray not done)
