30 years old Indonesian construction worker, came to us with 2 weeks history of left calf itchiness.

Picture showed track-like lesions with mild erythematous surrounding skin and also old healed track scar.

DIAGNOSIS: CHRONIC LARVA MIGRANS (CLM)
