CASE 1: BRONCHOPNEUMONIA:
50-year-old gentleman, underlying CAD, dyslipidemia on treatment presented to our clinic with one week history of fever, mild cough and chest pain. He had no difficulty at the time of examination.
Chest X-ray was done due to prolonged fever, along with bilateral pleuritic chest pain.
First Chest X-Ray in May 2022 showed haziness over right mid and lower zone and left mid zone.
CCOVID19 RTK – Negative. He was given a week of cephalosporins and macrolides, review in a week showed marked improvement.
Repeat Chest X-ray in June 2022 showed complete resolution, patient recovered uneventfully.
