Bone Metastases Secondary to Recurrent Breast Cancer

59 years old lady, history of left breast cancer, operated more than 10 years ago, came to us with worsening left hip pain and weakness for 2 weeks. She has no history of trauma.

X-ray of the pelvis and lumbosacral was done.

Pelvis X-ray showed bone erosion over left pubis.

Lateral lumbosacral showed L3 erosion.

She was then referred to tertiary centre, further investigations done showed multiple bone metastases over pelvis bone, spine. CT showed suspicious mass over right mass and right axilla.

Final Diagnosis: Multiple Bone Metastases secondary to Recurrent Breast Carcinoma
