7 years old child presented with Day 6 high fgrade fever, associated with cough, no tachypnoeic. She was given Augmentin suspension during day 2 of illness.
Fever and cough did not improved at all. She was then brought in by the mother for reassessment.
On examination, child appeared lethargic, with normal respiratory rate.
Chest X-ray(PA) was ordered TRO pneumonia.

Chest X-ray reported by radiologist as:
Findings:
Hyperinflated lungs.
Peribronchial reticular opacities in the right lower zones.
Bilateral costophrenic angles remain sharp.
Normal cardiomediastinal contour.
Bones are unremarkable.
Summary:
Features of lower respiratory tract inflammatory changes, maybe acute bronchiolitis.
She was then referred to tertiary centre for further management.
