38 years old gentleman, grasscutter, came to us with small punctured wound over posterior calf.
While cutting grass with the grass cutter, he experienced a shooting injury over his calf. Since then he has extreme pain, but very minimal bleeding.
He was then referred to tertiary centre for wound exploration.
