Likely Primary Lung Carcinoma

69 years old gentleman, smoker, came to us with few weeks history of cough, shortness of breath, loss of appetite and loss of weight.

Clinically, patient appeared tachypnoeic with SpO2 94% under room air.

Chest X-ray was done:

X-ray showed right upper lung mass with tracheal deviation to the right, and multiple small well-defined haziness over both lung fields.

He was then referred to tertiary centre for further management, to rule out primary lung carcinoma.
